Part of the Chatsworth Estate, Manifold Farm, formerly a dairy farm, overlooks beautiful Derbyshire valleys and consists of a cluster of stone built cottages, perched on a hillside above the small hamlet of Shottle, just 1.5 miles from Wirksworth. The Chatsworth cottages at Manifold Farm have been beautifully restored with plenty of character, including exposed beams, and have been tastefully decorated throughout. Each Chatsworth cottage has its own private garden, as well as use of the shared outside area and games room.
Accommodation comprises: Five bedrooms: 2 x four poster king-size doubles with en-suite shower, basin and WC, 1 x twin, 1 x twin with en-suite shower, basin and WC, 1 x adult bunks. Bathroom with bath, basin and WC. Ground floor basin and WC. Kitchen. Utility. Dining room with open fire. Sitting room (comfy seating for 7) with open fire. Shared games room with pool table, dart board and table tennis. Full oil fired central heating, additional heating from open fires in sitting and dining room. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer in utility room, colour TV with Freeview, DVD.
